Commtech Asia was awarded the full Phase 1 package for Commissioning and Handover Agent on behalf of the Client.
The HoiAna Resort is a new-build multi-phased hospitality and destination resort, nestled alongside the coastline of the world-famous heritage town of Hoi An. Our team worked alongside the resort operator, Rosewood, to coordinate and manage the commissioning process and phased handover of all gaming, VIP, guest room , and back of house areas. As is common with these mixed-use resort projects, certain areas of the building were required for early handover, meaning our team was asked to provide flexible solutions that enabled the operational use of the building whilst at the same time ensuring compliance with the strict life safety and guest comfort requirements.
