We were appointed by Tiger Resorts, Leisure and Entertainment to deliver a full spectrum of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection (MEPF) and extra-low voltage (ELV) systems in the capacity of project and construction management services for Okada Manila. This was also extended through to full management of the testing & commissioning process.
Okada Manila spans across 543,000 sq ft, incorporating two five-star hotel developments, with a stunning collection of 993 suites in completion ranging from deluxe to executive-styled rooms.
A unique challenge in this project required the team to manage the MEPF and ELV systems in appropriate zones, to align with the progressive openings for revenue generation. At the same time, the team had to ensure system integrity and safety to the visiting public was maintained at all times through to final completion.
