Built with a 6-star standard, Grand Marina Saigon project is a subdivision of Ba Son residential area in District 1 within more than 10 hectares wide next to the Vinhomes Golden River. Developed by Vietnam’s Masterise Homes, the Grand Marina, Saigon, is also Marriott’s largest residence project.
Spread over 10 hectares on the northern bank of the Saigon River in Ho Chi Minh City’s prime district, the mixed-use project also includes office and commercial components and an 850-metre waterfront promenade.
Commtech Asia was awarded the full Phase 1 package for Commissioning and Handover Agent on behalf of the Client.
