We deliver Commissioning Management Services for a seven-storey building located in Singapore.
This particular pharmaceutical project is focused on producing coronary hybrid medical devices for patients with cardiovascular conditions. The goal is to not only enhance the company’s existing facilities in Europe and the United States but also to cater to the expanding markets in the Asia Pacific region.
The new facility boasts a Gross Floor Area (GFA) of around 210,000 square feet, complete with private parking available at Level 1. Additionally, there is an MEP planting room and a garden situated on the rooftop, adding a touch of greenery to the industrial setting.
The cleanroom within the building spans a 34,000 square feet and has successfully obtained certification for ISO Class 7 clean rooms. This ensures that the manufacturing processes for the coronary hybrid medical devices adhere to stringent cleanliness standards, crucial for the production of high-quality medical equipment.
