The Lower Primary Redevelopment project of Hong Kong International School located at 23 South Bay Close, Repulse Bay
This project encompassed general classrooms, a large auditorium, indoor swimming pool and full-size gym facilities as well as residential apartments. The facility consists of 14 floors (Basement to Top Roof), with dedicated support plant including Generator, MCC Switchboards, Water Cooled Chillers and Cooling Towers on the roof, with Fire Services pumps and water tanks at the 1st Floor and roof.
Commtech Asia was appointed to provide full commissioning management for the redevelopment of its campus for lower primary school located in Repulse Bay. Spanning a total gross floor area of 337,000 sq ft, the 15-storey school comprises classrooms, indoor and outdoor learning spaces, a community block housing an auditorium, gymnasium, car park and indoor swimming pool as well as staff residences above a roof podium playground offering 56 units. Provision of MEP Commissioning Management & HK BEAM iCxA services of the MEP design for commissionability; collation of the T&C specification, implementation plan and commissioning programme; MEP installation reviews; contractor coordination leading to review / witnessing of the power, cooling & iBMS systems
